Free Energy Perpetual Motion Machine

Free Energy Inventions

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Even the great Leonardo Da Vinci experimented with the idea of free energy inventions so you are not alone in your quest even if it is destined to fail.

Before you get excited about your idea for some sort of free energy device, let me stop you now. There is no such thing as a perpetual motion machine or free energy inventions. We were born on planet earth and all of our ideas must abide by a set rule of laws in physics. Even the richest and most famous technology inventors of our time know a few simple rules of physics we were all taught in high school.

Perpetual Motion Is Fools Gold For The Novice Inventor.

Perpetual motion falls into the category of machines that claim to be able to move forever without having the forces of gravity or friction coming into play. In physics, the law of conservation of energy states that the total energy in a closed system remains constant. In other words, you can’t get energy from nowhere! Either you add a force (energy) or the wheel will eventually stop turning no matter how good the frictionless surface is. Gravity will still have an affect on any moving object on earth.

You can watch all the perpetual motion videos on Youtube you want. You know, the ones where the wheels keep spinning and spinning. Keep in mind that they were shot in a controlled environment and the lengths of the videos are finite. The wheels of these free energy inventions are either being propelled by some source on or off screen or the video ends before the wheel stops turning.

No device will spin forever without a power source and energy must be consumed.

A result of the laws of science and conservation of energy is that a perpetual motion machine of any kind cannot exist. There must be an external power source for any body to keep moving or eventually it will come to it’s natural state of rest.

Some of the people reading this will be unconvinced and spend the rest of their lives claiming to have the next billion dollar idea for free energy inventions. Others will blame big business and oil companies for not wanting to release the truth about free energy. In the end, they will just be dreamers who never took the time to study physics or read a science book.

Be open minded but use some common sense!

Yes, being open minded is important for all of us as inventors but we need to also be sensible and understand some of the basic rules that govern our universe. Once you accept this fact, you will be able to begin working on some real invention ideas that can earn you a good living.

Electric Cars Just Make You Feel Better About the Planet!

The first electric car was invented in the 1830’s by a Scottish inventor named Robert Anderson. That is almost two hundred years ago and I hate to break the bad news to you but the technology of today isn’t much different. Modern electric cars are still using batteries to power motors although they are more efficient with longer range and better driving performance.

Going back to the law of conservation of energy, if you want to power a bicycle, car, skateboard or any other moving vehicle, you need to overcome the forces that make them want to remain stationary. This is usually achieved by a gas or electric powered motor. Gas engines have been preferred for over one hundred years now because fossil fuels contain the most amount of potential energy given their size and weight as a fuel source.

Energy In EQUALS Energy Out

The first law of thermodynamics states that the total sum of the available energy must equal the sum of all the energy put into a device and any remaining energy that is not used. This means that like all other powered vehicles, electric cars offer a zero sum advantage to the planet. Even if you believe that the reduced emissions are important, we must take into account all the energy used up along with all the toxic emissions produced during manufacturing.

When you are using batteries to power a vehicle, the energy source is actually coming from an electrical grid with less than 2% renewable energy as the source in most parts of the USA and the rest of the world. Fossil fuels are the source of electricity in most countries along with nuclear and hydro electric power.

This is not to say that electric cars are bad. I am just pointing out the fact that most people do not have any understanding of science and think that electric vehicles are somehow the answer to our planet’s problems. Unfortunately, this is not the case and in many instances electric car manufacturing is a larger concern towards harming our planet than gas powered vehicles.

Free Energy Does Not Exist!

Solar panels use huge amounts of chemical and natural resources to manufacture. Electric cars use rare earth metals that consume huge amounts of fossil fuels during the mining process. Wind turbines use unimaginable amounts of rare earth magnets, copper wires and other metals that are costly to refine and manufacturer.

Fossil fuels and nuclear energy are here to stay for a long time. Electric vehicles, solar panels and wind turbines just help relieve some of the daily burden on our infrastructures. Green energy also has the worst efficiency of all energy sources when you include the real dollar and environmental costs to manufacture the wind turbines, solar panels or any other so called renewable energy source. there are a few exceptions to this rule but those too come at a price to our environment.

The following video shows just how efficient some forms of “free energy” can be. We made electricity by using a few thousand watts of power to heat a cup of coffee. We then took that heat and converted it back to less than one watt in order to turn a fan blade.

Are you ready to become an inventor?

Getting your idea out of your head and into your hands is only the first in a long set of steps towards becoming a successful inventor.

First Steps To A Successful Invention

At Invention Therapy, we believe that the power of the internet makes it easier than you think to turn your invention idea into a reality. In most cases, you can build a prototype and start manufacturing a product on your own. Changing your way of thinking can be difficult. Being an inventor requires you to balance your passion with the reality of having to sell your products for a profit. After all, if we can't make a profit, we won't be able to keep the lights on and continue to invent more amazing things!
